Basil pronounced like Art Basel, but most people call me Bas. I’m a Group Creative Director, at TBWA Chiat Day NY. I’ve worked on the world’s largest automaker accounts, from Nissan to Kia Motors, Mercedes-Benz and Audi to Toyota. Beyond cars, I’ve also crafted work for leading brands, such as Stella Artois, Virgin Mobile, P&G, Habitat For Humanity, Kraft foods and Dove.

My career has spanned Toronto, Los Angeles, New York and has been recognized with a bunch of press and shiny objects (see below).

I’ve spent a solid amount of time at each agency, developing long lasting relationships with the teams I’ve had the pleasure of managing and collaborating with, and that is truly the most rewarding part for me. I’ve also built strong client relationships along the way, which I too enjoy.

In addition to advertising, I’m love film, screenwriting, ancient history, astronomy and magic. I’m also a 3rd degree Freemason (yes you can ask about it ha) . And in case you were wondering why BasilDazzle.com, well that was my stage name when I performed magic shows as a kid. Abracadabra. Fun times.
